Refluxter made a bigger impact than I expected, and it did so quickly. After just two days, the constant reflux discomfort I usually deal with was significantly reduced. When it works, it's wonderful. But only seems to work for me about 75% of the time. The other 25% of the time it either makes reflux worse somehow, or makes me wind up feeling like I need to be sick (but without any kind of bad feeling in my stomach). I think the dosage on the bottle is 2 at once, but I find taking just 1 kind of hits the spot best. Works best for me when I take it before bed, because there are some medications I take before bed that wind up making me have reflux more easily if I lay down too soon after taking them, so taking this between meds and laying down seems to help me not be in pain when falling asleep and/or wake up feeling more ok.

The capsules are actually easy for me to take. I haven't had any stomach problems either. So far so good!
