Very good for so few calories.
Actually very flavorful and good for the number of calories. Noodles are very slightly rubbery but expected texture of the ingredients. Absolutely good trade off for the lesser calories. Super easy prep.

The noodles were like Styrofoam
I have bought this company's noodles before made from konjac and they were a lot better than the ones used for this soup. The miso packet is good but the noodles were like Styrofoam and squeaked against your teeth like you were eating pillow stuffing.

Great tasting instant Konjac Noodles
These are an excellent choice if you enjoy glass noodles. These Konjac noodles closely resemble glass noodles in texture and they only require 2 minutes to cook. Very convenient and they have a delicious taste, with no unpleasant smell or flavor. I wish they were a bit cheaper, but for 25 calories for something that would normally be over 200, I can't complain. The Miso flavor is very palatable even for the most picky eaters.

Meh at best.
First off konjac noodles are always between an angle hair noodle and a rubber band. I don't mind, I've been eating them for years. That being said, the Miso flavor is not at all Miso. Idk who thought that this is what Miso tastes like, but no. It tastes like generic "Asian gravy" (think LA Choy) and dark soy sauce had a baby. It's not Bad.. And for the calories and gluten free option, I can doctor it up... But the Miso flavor is meh at best.
