OK ... LISTEN UP! If you need relief from constipation, this product works. Don't sip the damn stuff, just chug it down quickly. It's not a soft drink ... but it tastes fine. Then, drink an 8 oz glass of water immediately after. Now, it's time to wait. DON'T STRAY TOO FAR FROM YOUR TOILET! I've used this for years and it's never failed me. This last time, my first "movement" came nearly six hours after drinking the medicine. The final "movement" came nearly 20 hours after consumption.

Taste is easy. Sweet lemon(ish)
This isn’t bad tasting. It’s like a flat Sprite. Made it very easy to drink. Recommend taking on an empty stomach or it will take a while if not over night it take effect
