My friend takes these for arthritis in her knee and recommended them highly. When my dog started limping, our vet put her on anti inflammatory meds for a couple weeks and suggested we try turmeric, and I remembered this brand that my friend recommended. Love that this is a single pill! I've been living a keto lifestyle for almost 2 years and I'm always looking to supplement my healthy lifestyle. I've only been taking for a short time, but they are easy to take and I do feel like my joints are a little looser. Time will tell, but I'm pleased with these so far.

Take one daily for less inflammation, how do I know they work? I don't, lol trying them out maybe placebo not sure been taking one for last week or so...feel ok...update later. Taking them for overall health, like a multivitamin... So many great health benefits of Curcumin. For me it’s been a wonder supplement for eliminating knee pain. This brand’s pill is easy to swallow and having to only take it once a day is a plus. Love that it’s free of soy and a lot of other unneeded additives So glad to be able to purchase it on Amazon prime.
