Great chair , very comfortable

I was so hopeful that this would be the answer to my pedicure station. I need to return to manufacturer defect. It would’ve been perfect if the chair could’ve been assembled. The metal frame assembly holes would not align with free drilled and anchored bolt assemblies on eitherthe side of the chair. One side I was able to get just one bolt in crooked and the other side neither which made it impossible to continue building the chair. I purchased it for $559 and returned it through UPS for $329 since it didn’t come with the prepaid return label, the two boxes are heavy, I am escalating this to Amazon since it was a manufacturer defect, looking for reimbursement shipping back. I am reluctant to reorder, so I am looking for an alternative pedicure station.

The chair looks nice and is comfy but it doesn’t sit up all the way like in the second photo, so it’s kind of awkward to do pedicures if you don’t want to recline. It’s not super wide but it should fit most people, but I do think it can support heavier people pretty well. The instructions could have been a little more detailed but it wasn’t too difficult to figure out.

Directions were not very clear and it had you putting something together then unscrewing the screws to put something else on. It was very hard to open and close the bottom and loop broke that you pull to open it. Would be nice if it set up a little straighter because not everyone likes to recline.

Our clients love this cozy pedicure chair. The reclining feature ensures everyone can get comfortable and enjoy their pedicure service. The material is durable and withstands post-client disinfection all day long and still looks clean and shiny, finish intact. Definitely a good purchase for the price.

It was a paid to assemble, the cup holder arrived damaged.. bracket to shock was backwards and I still can’t get the chair to sit all the way upright.. lower part definitely needs to be greased to glove easier, the cup holder also was assembled wrong and we had to fix it. Very difficult to assemble since most holes don’t like up and the fabric isn’t tucked away under the screw pieces.

TERRIBLE. Does not sit up to 90*. Clients basically have to lay back in it. We've put 2 together and they are both like this.
