I will give an update, all three bulbs were delivered with life roots, and they have been in the ground for about a week and sprouting from just one so far. I will update later this summer..

Hmmm?!
UPDATE 8/8/2021VERY disappointed! One of three bulbs actually grew. One totally lost and one we dug up so we can use the designated space. One grew, the leaves look different then what is pictured. The leaves are facing down. I could have gotten these locally, a lot less expensive around here. Second bulb we dug up and soaked them left out on a garden bench began to grow about 1 week ago. Third bulb disintegrated. Buyer be were!!We bought 3 elephant eat bulbs late December 2020. I had opened the package and the first bulb look fresh and round and perfect. When today comes, May 16, 2021 I am excited to get my 3 bulbs out and plant them. To my surprise, the middle bulb was significantly smaller, more hollow feeling and all around inferior. We soaked the bulbs and planted all 3 bulbs in beautiful organic soil. Time will tell if Thai middle bulb will be viable. It is my fault for not examining all 3 bulbs when I received the package. I just wanted to share my experience. The photo is the 3 bulbs soaking in water. The bulb in the right is the bulb in question. I will update this review as the season progresses.

Leafing out!! Beautiful leaves!
Love them! All 3 have leaf growth. Two are 7-8 inches tall & the third one that I planted 4 days later is up & sprouting a leaf. They came well packed with moist wood chips all around them, then sealed in a bag to keep them that way. They also have full directions on planting & Care. I’ve purchased bulbs locally, for significantly more money, that didn’t grow at all. I’m thrilled to have these & will likely purchase more.

Long Time
The plants are just emerging after 6 weeks of being planted. At this point not sure what will develop.

Hoping for BIG things
My purchase of these elephant ear bulbs (alocasia) also known as taro where it is eaten in places like Asia, New Zealand and Hawaii., was inspired by my trip to Asia this summer, specifically Bali where these huge lush plants were all over the place. They arrived on time and packaged just as the description & other reviews stated. They come with some planting instructions on a small piece of paper and in my opinion we’re not expensive, price point seemed appropriate. While in Bali I instantly fell in love with their size & BEAUTY. Back home here in the states I live in zone 7, but my mini research gave me hope that they can be grown & maintained here as an indoor house plant. I don’t have the greenest thumb but based on that mini research, I’m focused & dedicated to bringing this plant to life & watching it thrive throughout the years. I’ll come back and update my review in about 3-4 weeks to see if we get any action coming up out of the planter. Fingers crossed 🤞🏾

Beautiful and easy to grow
Second time I've ordered from this seller and second time I've gotten a mushy, rotten bulb. Only two of the three were viable but the two are looking great!

Bad bulbs
I followed every instructions to plant the bulbs and waited for 4 weeks . No sprout came out after 2-4 weeks they say they will. I don’t know if I waited too long to plant them, which is like a week and half, but again it shouldn’t have been the issue. I think I received bad bulbs .

Beautiful
I love these plants but I think I planted in too much shade so they are growing very slowly. Otherwise I love them!
