Very pleased
I love my drawing stable and stool. Well packaged. Great instructions. All appropriate pieces contained to build both the table and stool. Two outlets and a USB port work well. Sturdy. Do not hesitate to order.

Great Desk! Easy to Build; Well Made!
I bought this for my wife to use for her diamond art projects. She loves it. I attached a magnifying light and cut an angled piece of 4"x4" post so she can keep her bead trays parallel to the floor while the table is tilted (line the bottom with hook-and-loop to attach it to the desk, and the top with a rubber pad so the tray(s) won't slide around). This desk was easy enough to assemble, and it is made well and should last a while. I installed caster wheels (instead of the included base plates) so she can easily roll the desk around as needed (we keep it in the living room, and she'll roll it to our couch to work on diamond art while watching TV). The stool... well... you'll likely want to use a different chair since that is not comfortable, so I use it in my workshop for convenience. We like that the table raises and lowers, though you'll likely want to set it where you want it and then leave it there since it's not really all that easy to adjust (don't plan on changing the height often). The drawers are nice, and the side compartments are handy, as well. Though the box arrived damaged (no surprise there), the contents were well packed, so no damage was done to any of the pieces. No complaints here; recommended purchase.

Great product but needs a little more graphic assembly detail
I absolutely love the table. I would recommend a little more graphic detail to assembling instructions and a little more padding to the stool seat.

Great price on a nice sized drafting table
This table/desk was very easy to assemble. I like that the height of the table is easily adjustable (by one person) by loosening the two knobs on the sides, then raising or lowering the entire top (including drawers). The good part is that when the knobs are loose, you do not have to support the weight of the table top; the top will stay put as you raise/lower it... so you can get it exactly where you want, then lock it in by tightening the screws.I find reviews are most valuable by pointing out the negatives, so here goes....1. The feet are cheap. While the feet are nice and big, and are easily adjustable, the plastic is rigid with sharp(ish) edges to all the molded surfaces at the bottom. I think they would scratch a lot of different types of flooring (vinyl, laminate, hardwood, etc). That said, I think putting some thick felt or something under the feet would eliminate that issue.2. After putting the table together, I had two small screws leftover. They were not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. I knew it was no accident on my part, and, quickly discovered where they belong. They belong on the front and rear edges of the sliding side table. That side table slides between two metal holders. Each holder has an obvious slot. The screws go through each slot and into the table side to prevent it from being pulled all the way out (when extended) or crashing into the table top angle mechanism (when pushed all the way in). However, the table top does not have the holes to install the screws. I quickly drilled the two holes (as this type of MDF board may just crumble if not pre-drilled), then installed the screws. Mystery solved! And, the side table is now safe for me or my kids to use without worrying about it.3. There is one VERY VERY small defect on my table top. Some kind of debris is between the MDF board and the laminate veneer, causing a tiny, little "pimple". It is on the lower-left of the table top. While it's barely visible, it's enough to redirect a pen/pencil stroke, if under a sheet of paper. Hopefully it's far enough to the left that it will never cause an issue. However, as that is the ONLY defect of that kind on any of the table top, bottom, or side surfaces of the main table or pull-out table, I would think this type of defect is rare and I just happened to get it.Overall, I would give this product a 4.5 star rating... so, I just rounded up.

Drafting Desk
Great quality desk, best value and works well for learning to draft. I'm a little disappointed in the storage but you can't pay low and get everything.

Great art table at a great price
I think this table is perfect for my beginning start in watercolor and colored pencil drawing!Assembly was not difficult but directions could benefit from some "top/bottom", "left/right" directions on some steps. I referred back to the Amazon "finished" photo on occasion for help in those cases. My primary challenge was solo assembly as well as my age (68) and getting tired bending/contorting etc. I had no time frame so I did a step or two and then took a break for my back! So overall, it was an all day project but actual time I think 1.5-2 hours. I recently assembled a 150 plus pound Uplift desk which taught me a few ways to deal with the final steps of top into base. The table fits my space perfectly and the drawers allow me to store my most used supplies so I can start painting/drawing without much fuss - YEA.Oh ... I did NOT assemble the stool as I don't need it. Donated to thrift store :)

Good for adults and older kids
Got this for our 8 year old. I was worried it might be too high/tall or big, but it’s perfect. He sits and draws for hours. The table is adjustable so is actually the percent height. I saw from the reviews that the drawers were a mesh material so I’m glad I read that beforehand for the warning. They work pretty good for what it is. It’s got a lot of cool little compartments and the little pull out side table thing. It’s a great deal for what you get. I used to have a drafting table for drawing as an adult and it was literally just the table stand with a white top, basic. That’s it. So for this to basically be that with all the other stuff going on AND a chair, it’s a great deal. I probably paid the same amount for just the table alone without all the bells and whistles. It’s an awesome deal and a sturdy piece. I’d recommend it to any artist that needs a drawing space or for an older kid that has a drawing talent that can continue to use it as he/he grows older. Just move the notches up.
