I have severe neuropathy in my limbs & deal with muscle spasms & cramping. I've been a consistent user of this wonderful cream for the past few months. During that time, there's been a few days when I went without using it & I could tell the difference. Such as when I moved in Dec & spend 4 days with debilitating cramps) I do take a mag supplement, however I was not aware of topical options. I tried 2 other brands, I didn't like them & came right back to Leponix. The cream absorbs well, leaving my skin moisturized & comfortable. There's no sticky or greasy coating left behind, as long as you're using small amounts & really working it in. A little goes a long way. A jar last me just over a month, applying to feet & the muscles of my lower leg. The lavender smell is perfect, not overwhelming or cloying sweet making it nauseating. I have a severe allergy to chemical fragrances, on top of sensitive skin. I have no issues with this cream. (Scented laundry soap or lotions/creams can trigger anaphylaxis within seconds.) This cream is now one of the foundation blocks of my nighttime routine. No matter how tired I am, I make every effort to apply this nightly. I haven't tried the vanilla scent yet as I'm not a huge vanilla fan, but I'll try it in the future for daytime use. I would love to see a chamomile scent option as well as other essential oils for daytime use such as relaxing floral or citrus scents. I'm a summertime sandals wearer as I live in the desert. Lavender doesn't go well with some of my essential oils body creams & fragrances. Another bit of info, I also use an arnica product because of other conditions & I've used it with this cream with terrific results.

This product is awesome. I struggle with a bulged herniated disk in my lower back and the pain is very unmanageable a lot of the time. I bought this product that my chiropractor recommended. While it doesn’t stop the pain completely this lotion calms it down a lot and makes the pain more manageable and I’m able to do a lot more than I could without this lotion. Please buy this I highly recommend it. Also there is a bonus to this product it smells really good and there no greasiness you might think it is once it’s applied but it’s your skin actually getting super soft. I love it!!!!

This is a nice cream. It is smooth and not greasy, with a pleasant scent that is not too overpowering. I am not certain it is really delivering enough Magnesium, as I'm still getting cramps in the arches of my feet, but I like the cream nonetheless. It does help with dry skin.

Very helpful with leg cramps. I do take magnesium supplements. I can overdo the oral magnesium and that sends me running to the toilet - but I still get cramps. This really helps with leg cramps without the unpleasant digestive issues.

I bought after a recommendation to help with the symptoms related to erythromelalgia in my feet. Sadly, it wasn't helpful. But, my mom uses it for leg cramps and reports it does work. I appreciate it comes fragrance free. It soaks into the skin quickly and doesn't leave any unpleasant residue.

This cream smells so good, you kinda want to eat it. It is rich and creamy, yet lightweight, dries quickly and isn’t greasy. It makes my skin so soft! I use it every night before bead on hands and feet and sometimes all over because it smells and feels that good. Is it a miracle cream for sleep? I’m not convinced, but it is so lovely, at the very least, you’ll get a placebo effect.

I've been using this for a few months and I love it. I rub it on the back of my neck, forearms and feet, and it really does works great! Unlike several other brands I've tried (including more expensive ones), this one does not dry out the skin, especially on the feet. Adds moisture and leaves your skin soft. It's not oily, greasy or sticky, but use caution stepping into a shower or tub after using it the night before. Also, give it week or so to really start working.

I use this lotion every night before bed. It does not irritate my skin but moisturizes it. it is not greasy at all. and has a great smell

I got this for my wife restless legs the magnesium is what she needs to put on her feet and this seems to work I was amazed at the quality of this it was easy to apply the smell was really nice it moisturises and softens the skin it is effective and I would recommend this product because it’s value for money easy to apply and leaves no residue

I was skeptical but after making it an evening ritual for my feet and calf muscles it seemed to work. Then I stopped and the night time cramps came back again. So back to the ritual. Better than tablets and smells lovely.

A Brilliant Cream .Massage it gently onto the soles of your feet and you will quietly nod off and have a great nights sleep. It really works.

Lovely smell of lavender. Soft and creamy and definitely helped sleep.

It is helping me but took some time to kick in so be patient with the product.
