As with a lot of the reviews suggest the instructions are pretty much non-existent. However that said it isn’t that difficult once you get your head around it I hope these pictures help. Overall this is a good quality product at a very good price. I am very happy with it and cannot fault it I will see as the months go on. Instructions: see my photographs, it’s easier to make it in four sections and assemble it together.

Got this for my brother who really suffers from lower back issues. He has been constantly using it and he feels it helps his back issues. BUT... the build instructions are none existent. We had to build it on common sense, you only get a poorly printed picture of where different parts go with numbers. He said had he tried to build it himself he'd of just sent it back as it seemed very overwhelming.

I’m extremely disappointed with this Roman bench. The product arrived without any assembly instructions and was also missing the assembly keys/tools that were supposed to be included. This made the setup process incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Without proper instructions, it was almost impossible to figure out how everything was meant to fit together. Even after trying to assemble it myself, the missing parts made it clear that it simply wasn’t usable. In the end, I had no choice but to return it. I will definitely not be buying this product again, and I do not recommend it at all. Very poor quality control and a complete waste of time.

I love this product. Reasonably easy to build (would help to have another person but not essential). I use it often and feel safe when doing so. Stores easily on top of my treadmill when not in use and quite easy to move around. The cushion rest is comfortable on my stomach. I'd be happy to recommend to my friends and family.

It does what it says on the tin for the price however I weren't happy with the unclear assembly instructions. If you're one to struggle with Ikea assembly then this will definitely be an issue for you. Parts are not numbered so you'll have to work out what the manual means based on number of pieces indicated. Even when you do put together it's not as sturdy as it should be. Bad quality nuts in my opinion stops the nut from screwing as tightly as possible to the base and only goes to the top of the nut meaning some screws slide around. Nonetheless this will do the job but in hindsight I'm confident you can get better if you're willing to spend £100+

Does the job, one bolt was a bit hard to put in as the thread wasn’t great but it was for one of the handles which I’m not using anyway

Where the front foot meets the main part, the metal on metal started digging into the paint. Eventually that'll start digging into the metal itself (already happening a bit), compromising structural integrity. I put some furniture padding on it, which should extend the life a bit, but seems like a design flaw.

Bof bof les vis sont trop grande donc pour le serrage avec les écrous impossible. Ce qui donne un appareil bancal. Je vais me mettre en mode Macgyver pour trouver une solution
