4-star after 3 months of usage
The lid needs to be opened/closed in a certain way (90 degrees angle), which is not easy for all of my family members. Otherwise, the kettle keeps my hot water temperature nice before we refill it. The black color makes it look elegant, but the oily hands can be quite visible. The opening is a little too small for me but I guess if people use it to pour hot coffee into a small cup, it’s totally fine.

Not worth it
Wanted to love these but bottom fell off one before use and they leaked from every part of the container. We needed them for a wedding shower and wedding but have to find something else.

Pretty For Serving!
Love it for Entertaining my family & friends! I use it for my family & friends & I make a Tea & Scratch Hot Cocoa both my Grandkids L❤️! I will buy another in a different color! It stayed hot for 1.5 hrs & very warm another hour but not as hot for as long as stated but its sufficient & love setting up for family gatherings!

Keeps drinks warms for a couple of hours
I bought these to pass out samples at a show. It keeps the drinks nice and hot for a couple of hours. When the drink gets low, it can cool down a bit, but because they are for samples it never lasts long enough to cool off completely. They are quick and easy to clean up so I can make more in a timely fashion. Well worth the price.
