This iron is great. Take with food as directed. After 1 wk. My iron went from 11 to 13. And it doesn't irritate my stomach as the iron tabs do

Easy to take capsules and doesn’t constipate you! Love this product
Within a few days I started feeling better. I have low iron and which makes me fatigued, cold, and constantly eat ice. I picked these because it’s a small capsule. I take 2 a day in the am on an empty stomach. Don’t mix with magnesium. I take the 2 supplements 3 hours apart before or after I take magnesium. Great for gut health and they won’t constipate you. I love this product and it works. My iron is almost where it needs to be. Stay consistent

Gave me bad jitters and felt wired couldn’t sleep
Took one at 3pm first pill. Could not sleep. Usually fall asleep by 10:30pm. Finally fell asleep at 4:30am. Gave me jitters and felt wired. Horrible. Throwing in the trash will not risk that again. Looked up other ingredient microcrystalline cellulose and it’s causes the issue.
