Can you use this even without a piercing hole? I want to see how it looks on me to see if i wanna get a real one

No, it’s meant to go through the skin. I think the closest you’d to come to seeing what you think is using a clip on earring that sort of looks like a belly button ring. When I was little I’d actually do this to pretend like my belly button was pierced.

Is this product sterilized in any way prior to shipping?

I am not certain. I did sanitize my belly button ring before wearing it and had no irritation. I have had my belly button pierced for about 15 years.

Can I shower with it on?

Yes I've had mine for over a month and I don't take it out to shower. It doesn't rust or turn green.

Can I use this when I first pierce my bellybutton?
