This stuff is meant to be added to something else. It's not bad-tasting, it's just not very full-flavored. I mix it with my Thorne Creatine, and it actually tastes pretty good. This particular collagen tea is the best. I have tried other strawberry lemonade collagen teas and they aren't as flavor full. This makes taking my collagen and added vitamins so easy. I do not like taking so many capsule or pill forms. This one dissolves easily and smells amazing as others were left chunky. I use it my hydro jug shaker cup that's insulated and it mixes perfectly. I've already noticed a huge difference in my hair growth as well as my nails. I've struggled with acne my entire life and my skin looks amazing.

The powder dissolves very quickly. The flavour is subtle, making it easy to drink. My skin felt a bit softer after a few days of drinking it consistently. I did not use it long enough to notice any effects on the joints.

I HAVE BEEN TAKING THIS FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR. THE TASTE IS GOOD. I GET A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS ON MY SKIN AND I AM 65 YEARS OLD. THE ONLY THING IS IT IS EXPENSIVE FOR THE AMOUNT YOU GET, THAT IS THE REASON FOR 4 STARS AND NOT 5.

I love this collagen. Tastes great. Mine came in a new paper packaging and it was very confusing to open, but I appreciate moving away from plastic. Now that my son figured out how to open it, it makes sense. (As with all collagens, it’s not a complete protein so don’t count it as 18 grams of protein.)

I have a hard time noticing changes in hair or skin unless it's drastic. But, I've gone through several bottles of this collagen powder. First of all, I love the taste. I've only ever mixed it with water. I get my hair done every 6 weeks. I would say either after 12 weeks or 15 weeks, my hair dresser made a comment about my hair being thicker. She also pointed out areas of new growth in my hair. I have not done anything else to improve hair/skin/etc except using this powder.

Taste is good but it doesn't mix well at all. If you had a blender it would mix better.

I loved buying this but it just does not last me long enough to where its not getting too expensive. 13 servings is not alot if i want to be real with you all. Gave it a 5 stars anyway because it did its job for what a collagen is supposed to do.
