RapiDry Quick Dry Nail Polish Colors & Clear Coat | Crème, & Shimmer

I’ve always liked fingernail polish but never found one that stayed more than a couple days without chipping. I’m a busy girl, ride horses, garden, camp, fish. But still have my “girlie” side. When I finally splurged and tried OPI polish it was love at first try! I followed the tutorial (which is great because I never knew about “capping” the edge of my nails.) It dries quickly, but still has to set or will smudge. Some colors are opaque while some can be a bit sheer - on purpose. The colors are so pretty and the top coat is awesome! I’ve ended up with a dedicated drawer just for my OPI polish!

Fantastic clear top coat! Helps so much make my nail polish color pop and smooths it out. This helps the color stay a lot longer. I will purchase this again. ***update***(01/30/26) the product quickly started becoming more difficult to apply and would ruin the outcome of all my work. Great for a few months of use.

OPI is usually really good quality. I've been buying their product for decade, but the product I got shipped to me is absolute garbage. I purchased this along with 5 different OPI quick dry colors. They chip the within a day of applying to my nails. I was sick of having to touch them up constantly, so I decided to just paint them clear. We'll, the clear is chipping already and I just painted my nails about 4 hours ago. It's also not drying clear as you can see from the photos I uploaded. I wonder if I got a bad batch or something because this clear doesn't look clear and the quality of it is extremely poor. I can't believe it's chipping already after just a few hours. And it's bubbling, too. But it dried a pinkish color instead of clear. I am very frustrated and I'm thinking of returning all of it. I gave it 1 star for obvious reasons. I don't recommend purchasing this clear coat, unless for some reason I just got a bad batch. I might see if I can get a replacement. If I do, I'll come back and edit my review if there's a change. 💟 Sarah 💟

If you put 2 coats of Rapidry color on and then 1 coat of clear of the Rapidry, make sure each coat is completely dry before doing the next, otherwise it takes almost as long to dry as regular polish and you will mess it up thinking you are free to do your normal tasks after just a few minutes. The color is good. 1 coat seems to give better coverage than 2 coats of the Sally Hansen insta-dri I bought on Amazon. With that Sally brand I used 2/3rds of the .31oz bottle, on 3 to 4 coats of polish change outs. I'm hoping this 3.0oz. bottle of OPI goes further as 2 coats are sufficient. I am adding a pic of the comparison in size of the OPI Rapidry to the normal OPI polish. The brush works well. It will start to get tacky fast so don't apply near a fan or a/c vent. It is thicker than expected. Be sure you don't leave a puddle on the tip of your nail as you lift your brush. It will be thick and dry slowly. So ease of use is a little more difficult than a standard polish. I like the OPI brand over all because it has good wear. If you use the binder it lasts longer. Maybe a week or more.

As a user of OPI nail products, I wasn't certain I would appreciate the durability of the quick dry polish. Start with the OPI Chip Skip Primer, and I can get 2 weeks' wear from one manicure. I have found it important to allow each coat to fully dry before the next coat because it will bubble up. When I follow this pattern, it turns out perfectly.

This is a really nice polish.

TLDR: Works for 3 days. Be prepared to reapply or redo your nails soon. I bought this a few weeks ago because I was having trouble keeping my nail polish from chipping. I work in a lab and have gloves on for most of my shift. If my nail polish starts chipping, my nails absorb water and start peeling. I tried this as a top coat with another OPI nail polish. It lasted for 3 days before it started chipping. My regular top coat does the same, so this isn't actually an improvement.

El producto es malo, no tiene la calidad de otros esmaltes de OPI. Se descama de inmediato y estropea todo el trabajo. No funciona en absoluto y no me quisieron hacer devolución. Ni que fueran baratos.
