Highly recommended for a small flat roof repair
It's a great product, which last year solved a leak coming through a seam in the felt on my flat roof. I've now had a leak in a different place and found that the pot hadn't dried out, so I'm using it again. The little brush is convenient and can be cleaned with water while the product is still wet - no white spirit needed.

Don't clean with bleach
It seems to be working quite well, but it turns pink if cleaned with bleach.

Absolutely useless , opened Tin Rock Hard impossible to to paint on , the Product was like hard Silicone would never buy again

Excellent product
Ordered this to try and sort out a leaking shower. Wasnโt sure if the leak was from the seals at the edge or from the tile grout. The sealant was easy to apply with the provided brushes. I applied 3 coats to the problem areas, leaving it to dry for a day in between. Itโs undetectable once applied and dried. One month later Iโve had no more leaks. Totally satisfied with this product

Rubbish
Rubbish nowhere near worth the money. I used it on my bathroom wallpaper to make it waterproof and it washed off the walls.
