Kick sugar cravings
The capsules are great to pull apart and coat your tongue with the powder for 30 secs then either swallow with lots of water or rinse your mouth. You won't taste anything sweet and the reward from sweet treats is gone...even cashews don't taste the same. Great to deal with sugar cravings. Value for money!

Very excited about trying this product as i always had sweet tooth , and started to gain weight because of it . It arrived well packed and looks good quality , will test out and come back to add to review if i see results in later date .

Based on my 2 weeks experience, Organic Gurmar (Gymnema Sylvestre) 500mg did not effectively reduce sugar cravings. While Gymnema Sylvestre has shown promise in some studies for its effects on blood sugar and taste perception, individual responses can vary. Fast delivery but its not a product for me.
