Wakefit Wardrobe for Bedroom | 1 Yr Warranty | Cupboard for Bedroom, Almirah, Wooden Wardrobe, Multi-Shelves Storage with Drawer, & Hanger, Density:680–750 kg/m³, Free Installation (Organza - WE)

All item perfect and best quality this wardrobe

Well thought out design with ample space. The product was delivered with some minor demages but I lived with those damages. The wakefit customer care is the worst and too slow if u run into product defect or damage related issues. The product quality as such is great and the finishing and color is worth it. Price is reasonable too compared to competitor products available of the same capacity. I wanted this product at a location where there was no delivery availability from wakefit. So i finally carried this product and assembled it by myself at the destination. Advice to not move this item once it is fully assembled, as this will cause alignment problem of the individual parts.

Very spacious 👍

It is disappointing to see Wakefit not maintaining the standards expected from a well-known brand. The wardrobe I ordered was quite large, yet only one person was sent for installation. This itself felt unprofessional and poorly planned. What made the experience worse was that, in the middle of the installation, the installer tried to leave, claiming that some parts were missing. However, after checking everything with him, it became clear that all the required parts were available. The installer also mentioned that Wakefit had assigned him nine installations on the same day. If that is true, it highlights a serious issue with workload management. While I understand the pressure employees may face, customers should not have to suffer because of unrealistic scheduling and operational inefficiencies. The entire experience was stressful and felt like a torture for a customer who had already paid for the product. More than anything, I expect honesty and transparency from a company. Being given inaccurate reasons for delaying or avoiding work is unacceptable.Although the return was eventually processed after nearly a week of continuous follow-up, the bigger concern is how much pressure Wakefit appears to be placing on its installation staff. Overburdened employees ultimately lead to poor customer experiences.Wakefit needs to focus not only on product quality but also on customer service, installation planning, and employee welfare. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in the brand.

Quality of the product is very good. The wood is very strong. Its finishing is also very good and it really looks beautiful. Product is sold and delivered by wakefit only. Wakefit customer service is amazing. They called me one day earlier to find the convenient time to deliver the product and they delivered it in good condition much early than what was shown at the time of vooking. I really appreciate and thank wakefit for delivering such amazing product. And the installation person is a true professional. Would definitely recommend this.

Good for using for some years. You cant move it once installed. So my recommendation to anyone who is considering it is please buy from market instead. It will give you less headache. After buying this, you have to continuously call customer service for installation, they will fool you by asking you to wait every day for 24 Hr or 48 Hrs .You will raise complaint/ ticket and after all this if the installer call you, he give you attitude like you owe him anything. He will change timing according to him. He wont come at your timing. So please dont purchase it, go for nilkamal or godrej or buy from local market instead.

Excellent

I was skeptical either to buy through amazon or wakefit website. Couldn't find much clue anywhere. There are lot of negative comment on wakefit instagram and fb regarding the delay in delivery. So decided to buy through amazon even though limited option and price was around 1k extra on amazon. Product delivery was showing after 20_days but to the surprise we received in just a week of placing the order. It's sturdy and value for money. We loved it..
