It's been FAR over a month since I sent the test kit in, and as of writing this, I still have not received any results. Further, company not responded to my many communications regarding this. Chargeback filing incoming if we do not receive what we paid for. Is this a scam???

My wife and I ordered the kits. Directions were very easy to follow. Once we registered the kits their progress was easy to track from shipping-delivery-labs. The results came back very detailed and easy to understand which genes had mutations and which ones were normal. This provided valuable insight to how are bodies are functioning the way they are.
