Great option
Great value. I use these to add fiber and omega 3 to smoothies, overnight oats, etc. I prefer the golden flax due to its lighter flavor.

Rancid and fishy (expiration date Jan 2026)
Unfortunately, the ones I received were rancid, evidenced by the strong fishy smell and bitter taste. The expiration date on the bag was January 2026. Either they were packaged that way or stored improperly. Disappointed - item is non-returnable so money was wasted.
