The KORBAJ Arabian Perfume comes beautifully presented in premium packaging consisting of a quality gift box with outer sleeve, so first impressions were good. The perfume is available in several different fragrances, and I opted for the Musky Signature. The product title and description are both a little confusing because in several places as it mentions this as being a women's fragrance, a man's fragrance and also a unisex fragrance, making it unclear as to which one it actually is. I'm no expert, but I certainly put this into the unisex category. Had I had known this, I would not have opted for this particular fragrance as I prefer women's to unisex. I would have liked the product description to be a bit more clearer as to which gender it actually falls under. Onto the fragrance itself, the notes are spot on and exactly as described. It definitely opens with the Sicilian lemon and the fruity sweetness and delicate water jasmine, with a bit of spice mixed in. It then reveals a delicate bouquet of florals with the base of cedar, leather, sandalwood, vanilla, white musk, and moss. In simple terms, if one like citrus and fruity fragrances, they will love this. Although my preference is for floral women's perfumes, this is actually rather pleasant. To my nose, it doesn't have a harsh, synthetic smell and as odd as it sounds, the smell has a quality feel (smell) to it. One problem I have is getting fragrances to last. In short they don't. Even eau de parfums never last on my skin, maybe it's something to do with my skin type. This one is an Extrait de Parfum, and I’m pleased to say I get about six hours out of it before I can no longer smell it, which isn't bad at all. All in all, this is a quality fragrance that is rather pleasant indeed, and would make a lovely gift. Having been impressed with this, I'm really keen to try out the other fragrances in the range, so will be looking at getting some of them in the near future.
