This stuff saved my sinuses. Helps clean out the congestion in your sinuses. A spray or two and you can blow out the stubborn mucus in the sinuses.

I use this thing religiously. I live somewhere dry and hot, so my sinuses are constantly crying for help. I also live with post nasal drip, so if my sinuses dry up, it feels very uncomfortable for me. This spray has helped so much to relieve discomfort and doesn't have any particular taste or smell. It's almost like a lighter and less salty version of a neti pot, which I like because most times, I'm just too lazy to set a neti pot up, making sure I have distilled water and keeping it all sanitary. I use this spray first thing in the mornings, before I go to bed and often when I get back home after going outside. I do feel like the Xylitol part of it has made a notable difference in having less mucus buildup and irritation in my sinuses. 1 saline spray lasts me about 2-3 months with regular use. I will say, the first time I ordered it, the spray top was different. It was thinner and easier to angle in any direction. They redesigned the spray top, so it fits the opening of my nose better, but also limits how far it can go up your nose. I slightly preferred the original design, but it's not a big deal. With the new design too, the first couple times I spray it, it feels like a jet up my nose. Gradually, as the can releases pressure, the saline spray doesn't spray as strong.

Not a bad product. I don’t like the smell. It does work though.
