Made 1 perfect waffle and would not turn on again. Total waste of time and money. Cheap product.

First one I received did not work after a few uses but owner sent a replacement ASAP with no questions asked. Appreciate the quick response. I love using my waffle iron.

This thing was horrible. I use the word was, because it stopped working after just three uses. I didn't like the fact that it didn't have an on/off switch or a temperature control, which is my fault for not reading the description in the first place. But the fact that the heating element stopped working in the middle of making a waffle after only the third use, is unacceptable. I tried to reach out to the vendor, but I've gotten no reply. Do better research than I did, this is not a product you want to buy unless you want to waste your money.

Worked great the one time it worked.Plugged it in the second to use and nothing. Stopped working.Huge waste of money.Very disappointed.

Ok. In preparation for this past easter weekend, I bought this a week in advance. I have been wanting a waffel maker for a while, and figured I could use the cake pop and donut mold to make treats for my mom and me to decorate. The FIRST one of these I bought, I followed all the instructions, got 2 waffels made, and as im making the third waffel, it shuts off mid use...... I was distraught. There were only 4 days till easter and id already promised a treat making day. After letting it cool, waiti g 24 hours, it still wouldnt turn on and i now had 3 days to figure something out. I quickly started the return for this and ordered a new one, hoping that the broken one was a one time thing and the second one would work. Got the second one just in time.Before I returned the first maker, I thoroughly cleaned it. The waffel batter that did not dry was easy to clean, but the batter that dried was a real hassle to clean.I got the new maker and was able to make multiple batches of cake pops with 0 issue. After every 3 to 4 batches I would turn the maker off and let it cool down. The maker certainly gets hot, but I dont think it gets hotter after a certain point. However, I do know thag continued heat at that high temp can damage the machine over time, and I wanted this to last.The design is quite cute, but I wish it came in other colors just because im extra and want it to match my kitchen aesthetic.The build quality is good, but the bottle plate does not secure as tightly as the other plate, which can lead to skewed cakepop shapes.For eggo waffels I could pay anywhere from 4-6 dollars for 12 hand-sized waffels. With this waffel maker, I could spend the same money on chocolate chips and pancake mix and make easily 10x the waffels. With the cakepop and donut molds, I would say these facts make the product worth the money spent. Though I am sad about the maker breaking the first time, I think I was just unlucky to recieve a defective item. As long as you follow the care instructions, this should last a very long time!-2 stars for defective item, and bottom plate being shakey.

DISAPPOINTED!!!!Stopped working after 1 use. I made 4 waffles and unplugged it. Went to use it a couple days later and it wouldn't heat up and the light wouldn't come on. Tried messing with the plates to see if they needed to be on in a certain way and tried multiple outlets. I am out over $50 and still no waffle maker ....
