Not good
The wax warmer was good I had no issues, but the wax beads that came with it were horrible. I guess because it's cheap but the wax would rip which makes it harder and take way longer and theres little residue that's stays on your skin and is hard to get off. I would recommend getting a different one honestly with better wax beads.

Very easy to use
This is very easy to use and leave no discomfort or acne under the arm. I mostly do the hard wax which is faster. The hair takes longer to grow back than when it is shaved

The melting pot is quick and melts evenly! Good instructions in the package, very clear. This is my first time using a product like this compared to shaving so definitely have some user error but pretty quick to learn how to do. Love this much more than shaving.
