This is a great carving knife! Came sharp and ready to use. Sliced threw brisket like butter. I just need to get use to the longer type of knife. I guess I need to cook more.

I love theses knives. I've been cooking for years and I'm starting to toy with smoking and grilling more. Once you start you'll find you'll need more then what you already may have in your kitchen. This set has everything you need to aid you with your every day knife set that you may have. These knives are a very good high quality set. They have a nice grip and heavy duty weight to them. Their very very sharp out the box. The first time I used the craving knife I barely touched the blade. As I was using it to scoop up some meat I had just sliced. As I was sliding the meat off of the blade of the knife It opened my glove and finger up like it was nothing. You will need to resharpen them in time at some point if you use them a lot, some more than others. Pellet grilling is something new to me so I've been doing it a lot. Trying to find any and everything to cook in my new grill. These knives go great with it and I've been putting them to work on all types of meats.

The brisket knife was sharp and has a good weight to it. I used it to carve a ham and it made the work so much easier. The length is a great length. I am satisfied with the product. You will have to have this in your kitchen! Work Smarter not Harder.

After a bit of a mix up with the delivery we used the knife to cut a cooked joint of beef. Wow! It glided through the meat so easily. The knife has a bit of weight to it which assists with the cutting and feels really good in your hand. It appears to be well made and so far I would say excellent value for money. I would buy this brand again.
