I thought they were the oregano oil by itself, but it has black seed oil in it too. I am losing weight. It has a little taste but not much; I'm using the bathroom more, which I really didn't have that problem; it suppresses the appetite.

Pretty much it does as advertised from but I have been reading about it. The only thing I would say taking two a day can be a little rough. I took this product because said that it could help you lose weight. It did that but it can be a little rough on the stomach. That's why I gave it a four-star not terribly bad on the stomach.. but you wouldn't notice. I lost 10 lb in 2 weeks and your skin looks a whole lot healthier

The softgels were easy to take and had no noticeable aftertaste. They were convenient for daily use and came in a well-sealed bottle. Overall, the product was straightforward to incorporate into a supplement routine.

I like these oil of oregano softgel capsules. The capsules are easy to swallow, tasteless, and no smell. Versatile, and nice for digestion. Easy to take small size. Good value for the price; I would recommend them.
