This is a 5 star product obviously as it changed the way I have been working. This works perfect to power a Dell Latitude laptop and a MacBook and fully charges them. The 4 ports are really helpful and powering mobiles is effortless as the capacity is outstanding. It stopped charging all of a sudden after 3 months and my attempts to recharge didn't help. Since the product was under warranty I raised a complaint and to my surprise Boat immediately picked the product for replacement, sent continual updates on the status and ensured I got a perfectly working replacement the same week. I was pleasantly surprise by the professionalism displayed by Boat and the way they upheld ethical business practices. Btw, Boat didn't do anything out of the box except their due obligation to fulfil warranty for a genuine claim, but where they stood out was the way they carried out the entire process in such a way to promptly address the customer grievance, keeping them continually updated about the status and promptly repairing and returning Ito customer, thus winning their trust and confidence as a company. After facing multiple bad experiences from various companies who doesn't follow ethical business practice and refuse to honour warranty claims atrociously(for whom I stopped buying and aggressively expose their misdeeds), Boat comes as a breeze. I Thank you heaps for taking my worry out and Wholeheartedly wishing Boat team all success and a great future!!! I still trust the product and it could be a game changer in the way you work, gives complete freedom from cables...and ability to travel. Though I am not an expert, my recommendation is not to drain the battery completely to zero% and don't charge it to 100%, though the product had in built protection..just referring to best practices on line... This is a review after close to 4 months of daily active usage and will share a review after few months.

Cocoblu Retail or Amazon won’t process my return???!!! The PB600 is fully discharged on arrival and won’t charge again and after hours n hours or charging still shows 0% The item defective option on Amazon does nothing 😨🤷‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ It is Rs.5000 not a small amount! I’m totally disappointed with Amazon’s customer service 😱🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Don’t buy this product!!!

Averagly good item , it charges my moto phone 4 times or laptop 1.5 time in single charge , can survive at least 4 hrs in emergency time, power bank feels heavy due to its weight,overall quality & performance is good 😊.

picked up this power bank pb 600 a few weeks ago, and honestly, it's been a lifesaver. I travel quite a bit for work, and the biggest stress is always my phone or tablet dying at the most inconvenient time. This 27000 mAh battery has completely taken that worry away. I can usually get about 3-4 full charges on my smartphone and still have some juice left over. It's also been great for charging my Bluetooth headphones and even giving my e-reader a boost. The power bank itself feels pretty solid and well-built. It's not the lightest thing in the world, but considering the capacity, that's to be expected. It fits comfortably enough in my backpack without taking up too much space. It has multiple output ports, which is super handy when I need to charge more than one device at once. My partner and I were recently on a long train journey, and we could both charge our phones simultaneously without any issues. Good product. Only one pd type c port is not working ... Getting heated while changing. But it does work with alternative type c port and also charge laptop Which very useful.

😡😡😡 Don't ever buy this product. I buy this product on January 2025. It fails charging laptop within months. Totally useless product. Please check my uploaded pics in which i am charging my phone and it drain almost 56 percent and charge my phone only 20 percent. Please note that it is already totally UNABLE to charge laptop. Waste of money. If possible Amazon please help to return this product. I am out of warranty now but still if possible please help.

1. Capacity My phone have 5000mAh battery and this power bank charges it only 4 time fully(0-100%), which sums as 20000mAh only. Rest 7000mAh battery get vanished from power bank. Don't know how and why? 2. Compatibility It's compatible is very low. For max of the devices It charging power is between 10W to 36W. For laptops only it's 100W. 3. Considerablity If you need backup for laptops then only buy it otherwise go for lower charging power with more light and compact size. According to size, weight and charging power, it's only value for money to laptop users.
