At first, this lamp seemed like a great purchase, with a good design and perfectly fine performance out of the box. However, after about a month it stopped working properly. The main issue is that when I switch it off, a faint residual light remains on, almost like a fuse or indicator is still active. It is quite annoying, especially in a dark room, and the only way to fully turn it off is to unplug it completely. Overall, it quickly lost its appeal due to this malfunction.

Love it. Simple to setup and easy to use. The remote does everything.. Make sure not to lose it.

The lights started messing up 2 weeks in. It’ll switch which light wants to be broken too. I can’t toggle certain colors to work. I’m lucky if all 3 turn on. I’ve been having to disconnect it completely in order to get it to turn off completely. Otherwise one of them stays on no matter how many times I press the off button. Up until it stopped working properly, it was a cool lamp. I wish it worked tho. Now it’s just a hassle to turn it on and off

The lamp has a fairly pretty modern design which fits well with my living room furnishings. The directions for assembling it were barely adequate enough for the task, but in the end I did figure out how to do it, mainly from examining the actual pieces of the lamp and seeing how they had to go together. Once assembled, it does work, though the on-off switch is quite tricky to use, and needs a fair amount of pressure to work. However, the remote control is much more sensitive, without being too sensitive, and so far it works well. I like the range of colors that the lights can be set to, as well as the range of brightness settings. The hinges for turning the lights in different directions were a bit stiff at first but now work adequately for moving them. The white reading setting for the lamp is effectively bright without being too harsh, and can be softened to a less intense light level when necessary. The lamp pole is a little unsteady in the base and sometimes loosens and needs to be screwed back in tighter, but it does basically fit well enough to keep the lamp usable. I will just have to see how long the lighting lasts but for now it is a fun lamp with all the settings, and the colors are pretty.

Product looks good but not reliable. It does not switch off completely and lights stay lit dimly when switched off with either remote or with touch control. Need to unplug to have the lights off! Issue started with 3 months. Nobody answers the support phone and website does not work. Lost money!

Got this lamp and within a couple days one light was stuck in the on mode and shortly after a second one. I paid the full price, I can understand now why it is marked down. I would not bother even getting another one, I went to Wal Mart and just got a regular cheap floor lamp and it works better.

Do not buy this product I have had for about 2 months now and the lights are going out inbtwo different light fixtures. I haven't been able to get intouch with anyone to get something done about this either. Don't waste your tike or money on this light buy it somewhere else
