Wrost product and wrost faber service. Stopped working after 1 month. Raised service request 1 month back, but issue is not fixed yet.

Pathetic Service 🤬
Worst product and worst service. after using of 12 months I had to call the technician 5-6 times! The worst after-sales service I have ever seen. Whenever any parts of this chimney breaks, the mechanic takes minimum a month to fix it. Guys please don’t buy this brand products it’s totally waste of money and company says they provide "2 years comprehensive warranty on product and 12 years on motor" but after a year they charged me 700/- rupees for change a little parts that comes with motor. And they have said only motor is free but not the other parts! 🥲 I am now compelled to sell my chimney on OLX. 🥲😒
