Since this is my first time buying and taking these vitamins, I’m giving it 4-stars! The came on-time and taste good, although it will take a little time to see the effectiveness of the vitamin.

Do not buy these gummies! I started taking these and finished my first bottle and after three weeks of taking them. I broke out all hives and a really bad skin reaction all of my eyes under my eyes and on my neck I had to go to the doctor to get on a steroid pill. I stopped taking the gummy for two weeks and started taking them again and all of my skin reactions came back and I had to get on a steroid again. There are 5000 MCG of biotin when you google that that is a significantly higher amount that any adult should be consuming. They taste amazing. I thought they were working great, but it has too much biotin in them and you should not be consuming this amount please consult your doctor before you take these gummy.
