Faulty Product
Attaching a video of this faulty product, initially I contacted the company, they promised me a replacement... but after that no rply to my msges and calls. So no choice left for me... it's a faulty product and a science behind it.... iron when heated expands... and after that it blocks the movement of changing sides.. I am stuck now... no exchange no refund

Two missing items despite the product being good
Item is good Easy installation However, the package i received did not have oil brush and tong as advertised. Those two things are missing and therefore i did not give the extra two stars.. Or else the product is sturdy and very useful
