This seemed smaller than I thought- however, the cats like it and that all that matters! Its unbelievably easy to set up, easy to fill and the pump is silent. Theres a small blue light to help you see the inside water level- its not a blaring light- not even light enough to be a night light which is good so I can put this anywhere and there's no light or noise to bother me. The water capacity is fine for 2 cats! The unit is stainless steel so I think its durable and easy to clean. The price was right and it gets the cats out of my sink!

My experience with this product was only for a few days, so I can't say much about durability long-term. The instructions were clear for putting it together. It seemed quiet when it was running. However, I thought the faucet part that the water comes out would be a little taller, so that cats could get to it like they do with a sink, but the area was too tight for my adult cats' heads, so I took off one star for that and the light. I'm not a fan of lights on products, especially if you can't shut them off, but many comparable fountains seem to come with them unfortunately. Even though it seemed to be working fine, my cats were scared of it and didn't have any interest in drinking out of it at all. I got it to try since my one cat has crystals and needs to drink more, so I ended up returning it since none of my three cats used it. I do plan on trying this company's double bowl wifi automatic feeder though and if you think you're cat might be interested in a fountain, give it a try! Mine just don't seem to take to them. We tried one my boyfriend had for his cats too and it was also a no-go.

The pet fountain is a great product. The water flow is quiet and consistent, and there is absolutely zero motor noise from the pump. The design is nice, too! I did have a problem with the filter latch (under the lid) being difficult to open, but their customer service was top notch and they resolved the issue quickly.

Worked great for a couple of months. The whole point of buying stainless steel is to have something easy to clean... 2.5 months after buying, a screw has rusted and the inside of the water bowl is ruined.

This is a good price for a fountain. Easy to clean and replacement filters are easy to get.

Our cat absolutely loves this fountain, and we love it for that! Works well and does what it’s supposed to do. I would like to add that above all this, their customer support is just amazing. We had an issue with the pump after a year of use, we contacted customer support for a fix. Not only Sue responded promptly, but she sent us a replacement instantly and made it up for us. Sue was very professional, prompt, and a real pleasure to talk to.

I purchced this as a fountain for my Grow tent to add to the humidity... Decorative fountains were costly and hard to clean, this is stainless steel, easy to assemble, cheaper, and requires no maintenance. it really worked for what the intended purpose. It didn't replace my humidifier but it really assisted it well.

Highly recommend this fountain! My two cats absolutely love it. I bought the 2L size, but if you have more than one cat I’d suggest going for the larger size. I really like that it’s made of stainless steel, which is much better and more hygienic for cats compared to plastic. It was super easy to assemble and it’s also very easy to clean — I just put the parts in the dishwasher and it’s done. Another big plus is that it’s very quiet, you can barely hear it running. It also comes with two sets of filters, which should last about two months, although I personally change them a bit sooner so I bought extra filters separately. I’ve tried a few different water fountains before, and this is honestly the best one I’ve found so far

Mon chat apprécie beaucoup, il boit 5 fois plus qu'avant. Par contre, il est important de changer l'eau assez souvent pour ne pas qu'elle devienne un peu gluante et de bien nettoyer le filtre et la pompe. Les filtres sont cependant, très chers, ils coûtent aussi chers que le fontaine elle-même, C'est la raison pour laquelle je donne un 4 étoiles.

My cats favorite water fountain. So much easier to clean than some brands. About a year in the pump started getting a little loud, dispute cleaning it. I reached out to use the 2 year pump warranty and Sue was quick to get me a replacement pump ordered and shipped at no additional costs to me. My cats are very happy its back and functioning!

Pump is erratic. Filtering sucks, everything gets a scum in or on it. Even with cleaning every day. Not to mention I have had to take my cat in to the vet cause her kidneys started to shut down. Not worth the money or risk for your loved one. Better off with a glass or stainless bowl with fresh water daily..
