Clears things out and is gentle enough to use everyday.
I get bound up regularly..:) from taking medicines. Using this product keeps me from getting into the danger zone of constipation which is horribly unpleasant. It is gentle and works very well. I've yet to have it let me down. Everything works out well.

Didn’t give me diarrhea, was able to pass
Normally do not have that problem but two the medications that were prescribed. I went completely the other direction with my bowel movement stop taking the medicine took a couple weeks to get back to normal.
