Comfort Oil: Decongest – Natural Essential Oils Blended for Clear Breathing, Relief for Congestion & Respiratory Support - Steam, Inhale, Diffuser Use

Recovering from pneumonia at home and wanted to support my healing with aromatherapy. After much research on essential oils for antimicrobial and decongestant properties, this Comfort Oil offered ideal blend of gentle yet effective oils, which I use in an oil burner with carrier oil. The odour is very relaxing and the house smells divine. After two days of burning a few drops in the burner, I do feel it is soothing my battered sides, where the infection sits. Highly recommended, and will use when well as odour so soothing, 5*. Update: used oil in grapeseed carrier oil for back and chest massage. Equally effective method to benefit from the blend's healing properties. I also recommend applying hot water bottle to side rib cage, over clothing, to feel warmth and oil absorption :)

I bought this to put in a diffuser while suffering from a congested heavy cold and as its got eucalyptus and other oils I thought it would help with breathing at night. The scent is nice but I did need to put at least 10 -15 drops in the water , not 2 drops as recommended by the diffuser instructions. It definitely worked to scent the water vapour. Also sniffing the open bottle up close helped. Overall it seems good quality and I don't know if it's because I'm so congested that the smell is a bit milder than expected.

This is a marvellous decongestant! Smells exactly like “Karvol” back in the day. I suffer with bad sinuses and this really helps me. I either sprinkle a few drops on a handkerchief and have it on my bedside table whilst I sleep, or in an oil burner (add a bit of water to it). Lovely, warm, comforting smell. I’ve got it and bought my sister some too. Lasts ages.

Smells really nice in the bottle! Used in the essence tray of our humidifier, which suggested 10 drops to be used. Rather a poor outcome to be honest, rather weak

Very pleasant. Use it in a 2 litre capacity humidifier and only need a few drops of this oil to fill my bedroom with a relaxing aroma that lasts through the night.

Didn't get much chance to use it as I've been hospitalised since. But it did seem to help clear the airways for a while.

Love this. It's not as strong as an outright eucalyptus oil, but it's enough to help clear your nose and is much more pleasant when doing do. I use it in my CPAP and it's great!
