Finally, I found the perfect palette for the times when a neutral background in color mixing is important. Yes, one can use glass or plexiglass with grey paper underneath, but this is much better. Easy to clean ( I used it only for acrylics, not oils) cleans well, and acrylic dried out acrylic films are easy to pull off. Sturdy, not light weight, and has a good size. After using a real butcher tray as a palette before I was thinking it maybe too small, but not, actually is quite handy.

I really like this palette. I didn't believe it would clean up so easy, but it did! You can peel off the pain if it is thick enough. If it is thin, just run it underwater and use a sponge with a very gentle scrub side and it comes right off. DO NOT SCRAPE THIS! I made that mistake. I got lazy and tried to use a harsh scrubber and a metal spatula thing....I scratched it. oops. It still works great, didn't mess it up too bad. Just take care of it and it will keep you from having to buy disposable palettes.

I finally broke down and upgraded from plastic wells, and so far so good! It does clean as promised and much easier to mix colors and mediums; my only complaint is that there is a bit of a divot against part of the edge that catches paint and makes saving any mixed paint a little difficult. The rest of the pallet has a lip, but one section is recessed, just a manufacturing error, but not worth fussing about too much for the price. ♥

I love this palette. The gray color makes the paint colors pop and it is really easy to clean. The only time the paint doesn’t peel off is if it is a very thin layer. Overall, it’s my favorite palette to use and I have a few.

Mine were bent when I got them so when I paint the paint runs all across the tray and just makes a mess. Peels off easy though and worth the price. Mine was just bent in the process if getting to me.

At first this pallet worked well. It was the right size for my desk; easy to clean and seemed sturdy. But after a year or so of minimal employment...it began to warp. First the bottom began to buckle and didn't lie flush; then both sides started to bend inward. I just can't figure out why this would happen. The pallet has not been subjected to extremes, no excessive heat; no oil paint mediums or heavy use.It is not a product I would order again.

Great size for mixing. Gives u a lot of space. The neutral gray helps see the true value of the paint. Not sure if it helps as far as keeping the paint moist. However thats not the products fault more the acrylic i was using probably. I know some palettes can aid in keeping the moisture of the paint. Great for beginners

Me gusta el tono, gris medio, pero el plástico del que está hecha se daña con el óleo. Sé que está hecha para acrílicos pero pensé que podría funcionar para óleo. La uso pero se ve extraña la superficie por el uso de solvente y óleo.

Paid too much money

Why did I pay this much for a small hunk of plastic? I barely use it. Paint doesn’t peel off as easily as some of my other palettes. Definitely not worth the money.
