Nice monitor for the price and it's WHITE !!
Wow Excellent monitor! I Bought this monitor for my daughters all white gaming rig. If you have been looking for a decent white monitor with a good price and 1ms response time Well this is pretty much it! I have been searching reading reviews for over two months and this monitor hit all the points I was looking for.Its super light I can't believe how light this monitor is. Would have no problem with vesa mounting multiple monitors.Windows 10 picked it right up no problems installing. For the Conszero at this timeProsIt's white!Colors are really good after some tweakingIt's ultra light I could throw this thing like a frisbee1 ms response time no blurOverclocked to 75hzNo noticeable light bleedingBuilt in 5 watt speakers decent (but not using)Stand is sturdy but still going to vesa mount itOver all I'm extremely satisfied with the value and quality would most certainly buy again. Here are our color settings, we tried some other reviewers setting but came out dull and flat we like our monitors bright and popping like looking at a iPad.Splendid Scenery modeBlue light level 0Brightness 95Contrast 80Saturation 50Color temp user modeSkin tone naturalSmart view offSharpness 60Trace free 40ASCR offECO mode off

Got a faulty one at first, but now I'm thrilled.
I use 2 of these monitors with my Macbook Pro 2015. They are connected with 2 Mini Display to HDMI cords. CAUTION! If you plan to use the same setup, you should know that one of the 2 monitors I ordered would not recognize the cord. It worked fine with an HDMI to HDMI cord, but not the Mini Display to HDMI. However, I exchanged it to see if it happened to be a glitch with that particular unit and it seems that it was.I got the replacement very quickly and it worked perfectly straight out of the box. Yay!Now, I'm not a display snob, per say, but I think these are pretty great! I especially like the slick white design. The only misgivings I have about the overall design is 1) the base takes up a lot of space on the desk [but they wouldn't be very stable if not, so I'm fine with it] 2) The menu controls are pretty clunky to operate- though most are 3) they don't have adjustable height- again, that's pretty standard, but it would be a really nice feature to have.Overall though, very happy with these monitors. They serve me well and I could get 2 of them within my company's new-hire equipment allowance (great price).

No VESA mount? No problem (well, kinda)
I purchased this monitor because I wanted an all-white monitor— the frame, border, back and stand. And this monitor is one of the only all-whites I found.Pros: The image quality is great, it's super lightweight, and the pixels are pretty small for full 1920x1080 at 23"—which I like.Cons: NO VESA MOUNT. After searching the internet for hours, it was obvious that this was a problem with these lower end Asus monitors. There is a company that makes a Asus-to-VESA adapter, but with it being close to $40 and I decided to make one myself. Pictures attached! Is it ugly? Yes. Does it void my warranty? Probably. But does it raise my monitor to the perfect height and clear more desk space? YES!Overall, the 1920x1080 Asus 23" is a little outdated for today's 4k world, but for the price point it's a great, simple monitor. Just beware— You either have to buy an ugly VESA adapter or make an uglier one yourself— if you want your monitor to have VESA mounting capabilities.I'm giving 4 stars because it doesn't have a VESA mount and Asus doesn't make its own adapter. Seems like a basic function for monitors, so not sure why they wouldn't have it.

Disappointing Durability: ASUS Monitors Failed Over Time
I purchased two ASUS 23-inch Full HD UltraSlim Gaming Monitors ([VX238H-W] 1080p) back in 2017. Unfortunately, one of them stopped working last year, and the other has developed a yellowish tint, indicating that it may fail soon as well. In contrast, other older monitors I own from different brands are still functioning perfectly. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend these monitors to others and will not consider buying this model again.

Great Monitor. Very pleased with this!
I was worried getting this.. negative reviews and all. i think its a slick looking monitor, the different settings are great (night gaming etc) .. perfect even. there are no defective pixels that i can see yet and everything looks great on it. it came with a dvi-> hdmi hybrid cable (and a vga) so that made me SO happy! i didnt have to buy an adaptor which i was worried about. i have 2 small complaints that are so small that i still gave it 5 stars.1. getting it to pivot upwards was difficult. it tilts but you have to man handle it a little bit to get it to move at first. i had to place the face on a table and then pull the base, hard. i was afriad o was going to break it but once it moves the first time, its easier to readjust.2. the drivers took Forever to install and detect on my pc so the picture had about 1-2 inches of black border for a good 5-10 minutes.. but then it automatically filled the screen and relief settled in.

Yea not bad.
It's not bad at all for the price this monitor is. It's nothing impressive, for the price you are paying its good. I haven't had the WOW factor yet though, because of the specs it claims to have! That might be a lie but I am still working on it, trying to figure it out.
