They will work on any standard local data network. Whether or not you have enough bandwidth will depend on what you are trying to accomplish. If you want to make a video call between two phones across the internet then you will need a cloud service or phone system to mediate that call. The bandwidth required for an H.264 based video call with decent video quality is about 512 kbps. how do I connect this to an Anveo account?

the GXV3370 has 16 lines (which they call accounts) and each line can be programmed independently. You will need the following info from Anveo: SIP SERVER, SIP User ID, SIP Authentication ID, SIP Authentication Password (this is the password that you would have setup with Anveo). I had Anveo VOIP for a while and it worked fine.

Can it be connected to a tv for better viewing?

yes it can as long as the TV or monitor supports HDMI input. there are connectors behind a cover on the right side of the phone - for USB, HDMI, headphone, and SD Card
