No oil added so it has to be room temperature to spread, sadly. The taste is genuine peanut butter and is fine. Not sweetened.

this is the best peanut butter I have tasted. rich, creamy full bodied peanut butter, no added sugar. I start my day every day with a healthy table spoon of this stuff straight out of the jar and wash it down with a couple gulps of the 365 organic whole milk = perfect start to the day.
