I will never buy spermidine again from any company. This was my first time trying that particular supplement. I trust that Black Forest is a trustworthy brand and have just ordered another supplement from them (NMN). Not sure if this should be a 1 star or a 5 star review so I'm giving it 3 stars. Not sure if it's spermidine in general or this particular brand, but I had a similar experience to the other 3 star reviewer. So I'm wondering if this was the cause. I had not been on this for long (a few weeks?), it was my first bottle, took one per day and my back nearly went out. After 10 trips to the chiropractor the issue was resolved. But immediately after it was resolved, my knees were suddenly in pain and I could only bend them halfway. That had never happened before, and the last time my back went out was 22 years ago. I was about to buy my second bottle but then thought to check the reviews, saw the other 3 star review mentioning joint and back pain and decided not to chance it. If this was not the cause of my issues then I apologize for leaving a less than stellar review. But both issues came quite out of nowhere and there were no other aggravating factors. So I'm not sure what to think, I just hope no one else goes through what I went through.
