SOULWIT Headband for Sony WH-XB900N Wireless Noise Canceling Headphones (Do Not Fit WH-XB910N), Replacement Headstrap Pad Repair Part - Black

This was a perfect replacement for my Sony xb900N. The original started to disintegrate. Comfortable, good looking and durable.

My headphones had a peeling headband cover. This replacement did the job to restore it to like-new. The instructions were a bit weird but once everything is reassembled, it looks almost stock. It also makes it easier to replace it again when it inevitably wears out. The padding feels as good as the original.

They fit but don't look great. The top part, material is too short and some metal is exposed.

Kind of a pain to install. Not sure if it’s user error but yeah, be warned you need to be somewhat decent to get this thing to look good.

I was excited to install this headband cover since the earpad replacements I ordered were easy to install and look great. For this item, it took me about 25 minutes, along with the help of another person. I expect this is because the headband cover is defective and not long enough. The small holes on the headband cover were difficult to find and secure, especially when the headband cover is not long enough and/or defective. I reached out to customer service via email, provided pictures several times (as they requested) asking for guidance on what I should do. After my last email (BTW a total of 3 emails back and forth), I get a response from customer service "Sir, from the photo it looks like there’s an extra layer of unknown foam inside." I responded with "There is no extra foam. I cut off the foam that was on the headband as instructed. I am unable to completely close the Velcro on the headband since the product is defective. No further response is needed, and you do not need to respond or do anything else. I will review the product online and share my experience with others. I should not have to go back and forth with customer service on a defective or bad product this many times.". I do not recommend the headband cover or buying from SOULWIT. It's absolutely ridiculous I have spent this much time on this issue. Customer Service should have immediately either sent me a new headband cover or refunded my purchase in full.

I love its fit & finish. Fits perfectly & good quality product & perfect leather quality. It has good memory foam also. U can go for it 100%. Exact OEM level finish. Perfect replacement for sony Xb900n.

Gute Qualität und Verarbeitung. Sehr gute bebilderte Anleitung und Schraubendreher enthalten. Der Austausch ist etwas fummelarbeit, ist aber der kleinen Noppen vom Kopfhörer geschuldet.

A bit fiddly to fit but ok if you take it easy. End result is perfect/ as new. Wait to see what durability is like.

Good solution as it gives a layer of press on your head but in a comfortable way. Worth it.
