I love riding my bike. It goes really fast when I need it to. The bike is beautiful. I love everything about it. The video that was available made it easy for me to assemble it. The build of the bike is strong. It took a minute for it to come as this was the second bike they sent me as the first bike got lost in transit and it was suppose to be here for Christmas. Nevertheless I finally got it and I love it.

I bought this for my wife. Packaging was great. The only negative thing I can see at this point is that the paint is very soft and scratches very easily. Almost fingernail easy and it is matte sheen which is fine, however it collects dirt pretty easily also. Got it two days ago and it was about an hour for me, an experienced bike guy to cut all the packing off and assemble everything. You will need to tweak things like the fenders and picking a good spot to mount the headlight. We put it out front on the basket and upside down. Seemed like a better spot than under the basket. We are going out for a second ride tonight so I will update the review if there is anything else to note. There are a lot of cheap feeling parts on it which is to be expected so I will probably be replacing them bit by bit. Gooseneck will be the first part replaced with a decent riser For the price and the concept of this, it's probably a good buy but don't expect to take this to a bike shop. You will need to do all assembly and maintenance yourself One more thing, the basket is attached to the frame rather than the fork so it takes some getting used to because the basket doesn't turn when you turn the handlebars

Arrived within 2 days, no shipping fees for Prime Members. I did have it professionally put together at a bike store. He was very impressed with the bike quality, features, and the price. I did order the 24" tires as I am a shorter woman. Color is awesome. It came with a bottle holder on the frame + a cargo net type bag to attach on the back rack. Headlight is a great feature and the back rear light does light up when you use the brakes. Only thing to get used to is that the basket is stationery forward when you turn the handlebars it stays straight unlike my other basket that was attached to the front fork and turned with the front tire in the direction you are going. But I think I will get used to it. Easy to remove the battery when needed. Love it so far!

This bike comes 85% assembled according to the instructions. The instructions to finish assembling the bike are so difficult to understand that I searched a YouTube video to watch it step by step. Even with that video, it was really complicated. I haven’t finished the assembly even after two days. Maybe I lack the skill set needed to figure this out or maybe it’s just a hard thing to do!

So worth the money, I had a issue and support stayed with me in to work it out. Turns out my problem was a misunderstanding on my part. Now that it is working, I love the bike I am a 75yo female and had no trouble building it and live riding it.

When order came in the handlebar was bent even though was wrapped perfectly and best received of any shipment. I contacted seller and within 24 hours they shipped me a new handlebar. This is a company that stands behind their products and for that alone I would buy from them again. Things happen when shipped overseas. Bike arrived exactly on day said it would. Bike is beautiful. I got the sky blue ebike. UPDATE MARCH 2 2025: The handlebar never came to replace the totally bent bar in shipping. Have been begging for a date when I will receive and alI I get is “the factory is out”. I’ve asked repeatedly when they will be ready to ship and for weeks answer repeats “will ship when get more made”. I find hard to believe complete shut down of all bikes being made due to handlebars when Mooncool ships world wide and no company can stop selling and survive. Tarrifs are coming Tuesday March 4 and worried won’t get period. UPDATE MARCH 4, 2025: The handlebar finally shipped and gave me a free helmet plus $30 so they are back to 5 STAR! Always order and only order anything that has direct seller contact who is verified to reply immediately or within 24 hrs. Had I not been able to contact direct I never would have recovered a new handlebar. Update MARCH 20,2025: Mooncool sending a BRAND NEW BIKE to replace original bike that we couldn’t get fixed. This will totally fix all the issues. Wow! Blown away.

EDIT: After contacting the seller directly, they figured out what the issue was with my bike and sent me a new part for free. It did take a while, but the issue has been resolved. It was outside the return time for the bike, but they still dealt with my issue and were very good to work with. I do love the bike, and now that the issue is resolved I am upping my review to four stars. Because of the user manual being very incomplete, I cannot give it five stars. While I really want to love this bike, the issue is the owner manual is very incomplete and trying to get help through the seller has been very frustrating and is still not resolved. Just know that if you run into issues, you are going to have a bear of a time getting them resolved. My first issue is using the display is not clearly communicated in the manual. It took me a week of back-and-forth to get an answer on how to turn on the front light. (There is no dedicated button, you need to press and hold the plus button.) I have still not gotten an answer on how to change the backlight display - I cannot read the display at all during the daytime because it is not bright enough, and I have not been able to figure out how to change that. The worst problem is that the assist/turbo/motor on the bike just stopped working one day. There is nothing in the manual on how to fix it and I have been going back-and-forth with the sellers. The communication is very slow and I still do not have an answer and the return window is closed on this bike that only has about 40 miles on it. I am super frustrated as I am missing out on group bike rides that I had planned on attending.

This product is very well manufactured. It came together very easily. The parts I had to put on head directions that were easy to follow. This bike has a lot of power and it came with a lot of tools in case I have a breakdown. It also came with a front rack and a back rack as well as the rear and front fenders. It has a lot of pick up and go in the electric assist mode. I would highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking for an electric assist bike.
