Great for pregnancy
I have been taking these during pregnancy and also during intensive study time at university. Very good quality! I had an issue once as one bottle was not completely full and I got send another one. Very pleased overall.

Huge impact on fighting low mood
This was recommended by the book "The Depression Cure - 6 steps to cure depression without drugs" (no, I have no connection with the author! It was just an interesting logical approach). I can honestly say that following the book's advice by taking 4 (yes 4) of these tablets at night-time had a miraculous effect within just a few days (without changing anything else). I woke feeling clearer-headed and far more positive. I kept it up for a couple of weeks, then gradually reduced the number per night, and am now down to one per night. But if I forget to take it, I definitely feel more "foggy-headed" the next day. Can't recommend this enough, wish I'd found it years ago.

Had very painful Arthritic fingers
Had very painful Arthritic fingers. Have been taking these regularly for over a year now, with little or no pain. Don't care if is between the ears or not, but will never stop taking them. Instructions say, dosage 1 capsule twice a day. I only take one for the above effect.

EPA forte helps my dry eyes
i love this product. recc by my nutritionalist, other omega oils didnt quite hit the spot for me....when i use it consistently for dry eyes 2 in morn 2 at night i find it relieves my symptoms. i think once you have reached the desired effect you can reduce to one in morn and eve. pricey but its been great for me to acknowledge my EPA deficiency

Have been using this for years originally ordered direct from Biocare but this time Amazon. This seller is good because it offers a product that doesn’t contain any extra nasties or ingredients like topicals so highly recommend.
