It is very hard to, I want to return it because my knees are hurting. I want soft and thick mat for yoga .

Mat is ok & comfortable. Issues come when you fold it & then when you unfold back for use it will stay in that shape for sometime. Also prone to scratches from nails while you are exercising on it. You need to be careful not to pierce anything accidently. It will do the job for the bucks you spent. Could be around Rs.499

Good product. Good for people who need little softness in yoga mat (8mm). Length and ease of use are great. Easy to clean, stable even on shiny glazed surfaces (tiles). Only difficult to flatten the inner end of fold when use from stored rolled form.
