I can hear and understand!!!
Awkward to put on but definitely worth it. The ONLY aid that really lets me hear. The headphones charge with a special cord that is enclosed. Not a C or Mini. ok to connect once you get it. The instructions helped.

Flawed
Hopefully these headsets "work" for some people. For our intended person, no. But two complaints, beyond whether they help or not: 1. A micro-USB charging port in 2026 ??? Really ??? We're supposed to carry around a separate cable for just this device? No, this is not acceptable. 2. There are 7 settings. But there is NO indication anywhere of what they are. You just press a button seven times and are supposed to figure it out on your own. We couldn't.

Wonderful life changing device
These are a wonderful value and do the job very well. I cannot wear in ear hearing aids. For me bone conduction aids and other bone conduction headphones have allowed me to hear tones I have never heard in my life. I wore the device today for the first time. While inside my house I hear birds sing. This is a new experience for me. At first it takes a little trial and error to find the frequency best for you. Also at first there is a little extraneous nose but that goes away after a few minutes. I tried expensive hearing aids in the neighborhood of $5000 and more. Not only are these economic but for me the sound is far better.

Just not loud enough for me on any setting.
Really was hoping this product could replace my in ear aids but sadly it's not the case. There is a definite need for this kind of device in the market because many people like me hate our Starkey in ear aids. I have outer and middle ear problems and feel bone conduction aids could be the best solution without a $70,000 surgery to install medical devices. I had tried some bone conduction headphones and surprisingly they worked so that is why I tried these. This could be a huge market if they can make them work. Hearing aids in general are a huge rip off. Way over priced and very annoying to wear.
