The 18 K white gold that my 1 K diamond drop pendant is set in matches perfectly. Looks very well made. It's a Rope chain so it should be sturdy. High shine. I got the 3 mm and it's too thick for my pendant so I will return it for the 2 mm. 2 mm should be strong enough, which I need to protect a diamond pendant. Can't afford to lose that. The 3 mm would be great for a larger pendant. I like the clasp too. I read some reviews saying they had trouble with the clasp, but it looks very well made to me. We will see. If what Lifetime says about their jewelry not tarnishing and being sturdy, their products will be the best buys out there because they are really beautiful. Time will tell. I ordered the tennis bracelet with blue and white stones. It looks gorgeous. $84.00. It should look great with my Saphire and diamond ring. A bracelet like that in 14 k gold and diamonds and sapphires would cost thousands.

Discoloration after a month.

This chain does not have any kind of Hallmark. It says absolutely nothing about what the chain is actually made of. Though this chain looks very nice, I have metal allergies and I am not thrilled at all that the company does not disclose what the chain is actually made of. I got conflicting responses from the companies representative that stated there is in fact trace amounts of Nickle AND Copper in the necklace yet the item description states there is NO Nickle or Copper in the necklace. So what is this Semi-Precious metal they use??? Obviously not silver. There is probably NO silver in it. It's too light to be stainless steel. Copper is considered a Semi-Precious metal though they claim they DON'T use that metal (But told me that they actually do.). It's way to light for Titanium, which is a metal I can actually wear. This company has too many "Secrets" about what the chain is made out of and for that, I gave mine away to my spouse who doesn't have the metal allergies that I have. If there is something in the metal that can or may eventually become exposed that I am allergic too, I could get a really bad rash from it. I have no desire to praise a company that offers conflicting information about what the base of the chain is really made out of. I don't think "Trade" secrets should be allowed in jewelry and the FTC is very vague on the guidelines for jewelry manufacturers. That "Secret" might cause someone an allergic reaction. Even if it hasn't happened now...it could happen eventually. Companies like this are more about the bottom line then someones health. So if you have any kind of metal allergies, I would stay FAR away from this company. They hide what the chain is made out of intentionally and personally, I am not OK with that.
