Damage products
We received a few packages that were already damaged upon arrival, which is extremely disappointing. On top of that, the items are non-refundable, making the situation even worse. This is very poor service and completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to bear the loss for damaged packages received through no fault of their own. We expect better quality control and a proper resolution to this issue.
