I bought two Bond Touch 4 bracelets, one for me and one for my girlfriend, and overall we've enjoyed using them. When everything is working properly, it's a genuinely sweet way to stay connected throughout the day. Receiving a touch from your partner and feeling the bracelet vibrate is a simple but meaningful reminder that they're thinking of you. The bracelets are comfortable to wear, look good, and the app was fairly easy to set up. However, we did experience some reliability issues from time to time. Occasionally touches wouldn't come through straight away, or one of the bracelets would need reconnecting, which could be frustrating. One thing I wasn't particularly keen on was the subscription cost for some features. It feels a bit unnecessary given the price of the bracelets, especially when there are alternatives available. For example, you can get apps for the Apple Watch that offer a very similar touch-sharing experience without needing dedicated hardware. That said, when the Bond Touch system is working as intended, it does feel more personal and special than a standard notification. Overall, it's a great concept and a thoughtful gift for couples who spend time apart, but the occasional connectivity issues and subscription costs stop it from being a full five stars.

We absolutely love these new style bonds. They are so comfy to wear you literally forget your wearing them until you’re not anymore. And that’s because the new bonds catch your clothes or even just putting your seatbelt on in the car and you don’t feel them come off till it’s too late. So far neither of us have lost them but I’m waiting on that day 😞 Shame really, it’s our way of togetherness while hubby of 35 years is away working 4 /5 nights a week

It's really cute to just be able to give a little sign to my partner and is quicker and feels more personal than taking out a phone and typing "I love you" Also even with loads of touches throughout the days my partner has to charge their bracelet for the first time after 16 days, way more than the advertised 4 days

Im very disappointed. We have had these bracelets for 3 months going on and mine kept slinging off my arm and hers won't stay connected to her phone, ive reached out in several email over the weeks and no one is solving any problems or doing anything about it. So I'm out of a bracelet and hers is no good until I can afford to buy another one. I do love these bracelets which is why I a. Upset. There's not a number to call and I can't find mine anywhere and hers won't stay connected to her phone. I would like another one cause these worked perfectly however my band was a faulty or the falling off wouldn't have kept happening until I lost it. No way to track it or know where it's at and it's at 100%. For as much as these are they should have better bands and firmware. I'm sad I can't get a problem solved or talk to a person about it. They want you to email them and it takes them 4 days to get back with you. I want my dang bracelet. My girlfriend lives hours away and this was a beautiful way we could tell each other messages without texting or calling while we're working or doing daily activities. I'm very sad about this an no one seems to want to fix the situation. I took a picture of the one I bought but the bracelet is now gone so I can't show it. :(

I love it. Me and an ex got them to use and it was a great experience when using it. Gives you a sense of comfort and always left a smile on my face feeling it buzz and being thought of. Recommend for long distance couples who can't always be there together.
