Yesterday i recieved the parcel, So can't share the results or outcomes, But for flavour you can relate it to Soil (Mitti) and bitter(kadva) taste. Hope this is pure taste of Ashwagandha.. Because i've always had Ashwagandha in extract form with capsules. 1 more thing about It's nature that it's not soluble in water or milk. You've to do extra efforts for shake and mix it well before consumption.

Honestly this is the first time in my life ever I tasted Ashwagandha.. I got it to lower down my stress levels. Packing is good. Not sure about genuinity coz I have never used Ashwagandha before. Can only tell about its worth after using it for few weeks atleast. Tastes awful 😅 hope it works. Might give a 5 star if I get to see the results Addition : used it for a month and didn't find much of difference in my stress levels. Note to the manufacturer- Kindly provide the powder in resealable pouch or split them into 4-5 small packets. After few days I feel like powder lost its smell and taste.

Did not liked it. Used to have Ashwagandha 15-16 years ago. Then just like Patanjali, Asaram Bapu also used to have his own pharmacy. The Ashwagandha powder of Asaram Bapu ashram was the most potent and genuine Ashwagandha powder i had ever taken. Same taste, same smell (that obnoxious pungent smell is hallmark of a genuine Ashwagandha Powder) in all batches. never had any issues taking it. Sadly this is no where near it taste and smell wise. Had gastric issues after taking this powder. Had to discard the rest because of it.

I also add various other supplement powders into the mix, along with some water to thin it out and mix everything together. This one, granted, smells a bit like the equine hair mixed with the leather cheerio. It is ground from the plant that grows native to India sub-Continent and al-Maghreb. But this one here is fresh, and good. It takes only the teaspoon of such powder to restore vitality. This one causes the heart to expand in multifaceted manners. It is rich. Because of the horse-smell, this root-powder gives the strength of stallion. Must recommend because of freshness and extract-potency.

overall pretty happy with this and will more than likely continue to purchase this product from this supplier. yes the flavor is not great but this is literally how all Ashwaghanda tastes like. I mix mine in a shake with bananas and ginger and I cannot taste it. peanut also hides the flavor pretty well. either way I feel like it works great and is good quality.
