This product is worst ..not working

I love Flawless products and I have several of these - one each in the bedroom, bathroom, purse, and overnight bag. This works beautifully and keeps my skin smooth and hair free. It really does “shave” closely to the skin without really shaving like a razor. I never get a burn or cut from this as there are no sharp blades. I use it every day, or every other day, and my skin is not harmed by it at all. The case is elegant and could pass as a fine lipstick tube. The battery life is fairly long lasting, but it’s easy to change when need be. The head of the Flawless is easy to clean and brush out with the little brush given to you. I highly recommend this product!

I use the Flawless brand and it's okay but I don't think this is really Flawless.

Está me la recomendó una amiga y la verdad tenía toda la razón, mi piel es muy sensible y la cera me estaba lastimando mucho. Está no duele,no oscurece el área súper fácil de usar y un extra para mi es que siento que tarda más en crecer nuevamente o se vuelven más finos. A friend recommended this to me, and she was absolutely right. My skin is very sensitive, and the wax was really hurting me. This one doesn't hurt, it doesn't darken the area, and I feel like it takes longer to grow back or the hairs become thinner.

UPDATE: With a bit a work I was able to open this and insert the battery. Having arthritis in my hands/fingers requires me to modify how I grip things. This works as described, is painless and easy to use! If I can ever get this open to install the battery so I can use it I’ll be able to review how well the product works. It requires you grasp each half with each hand and push in two tiny buttons to pull it apart, after multiple attempts I’ve given up.
