MARTINI Asti Sparkling Wine, 7.5% ABV, 75cl / 750ml, Medium-Sweet Italian Wine

Feel like I’ve either revived a damaged or out of date bottle, supermarket label still on it discounted to £0.35

Sent to me as an alternative to prossecco. Very sweet, low alcohol and more expensive. Low score is not about the products quality, it just isnt to my taste, but more about what was the morrison staff member thinking when they picked this as an alternative.

Everyone has different tastes... however, I cannot believe the ratings this has been given. I felt physically sick drinking this 'sparkling wine'. After three sips, my guests and I, emptied the rest of the bottle into the sink. I'm sure this speaks volumes. Shame, as I had high hopes.

How do I fix this? Cork screw won’t work and I’ve broken the neck of the bottle in the past an cut myself very nastily. i can’t find out how to contact the seller and I certainly can’t return it. ? Please help

If you like sweet bubbly wine then you will love this. It’s super fizzy, like champagne and is an absolute joy to drink, ice cold from the fridge on a hot summers day, delicious! All the wine buffs who turn their nose up at sweet wine don’t know what they’re missing, all I need to worry about is trying not to polish the whole bottle off before I’ve even put the glass down. Yummy, yummy, yummy, enough said. Hope you found my review helpful
