I’ve used the Ooni Karu 12 several times now and every pizza has come out with that perfect, wood-fired taste — crispy crust, soft inside, and bubbling cheese in under 90 seconds. Heats up quick (20-25 minutes tops with wood or lump charcoal), and the multi-fuel option is great depending on how much time I’ve got. I usually use wood for flavor, but it’s nice being able to switch to gas with the attachment when I want a quicker setup. Build quality is rock solid — stainless steel body holds heat well, and the insulation actually works. It’s lightweight enough to move around but doesn’t feel cheap at all. This oven exceeded my expectations...and those expectations were pretty high! It is perfect in everyway imaginable. The instructions are accurate and easy to follow. The OONI app provides recipes that are spot on. I have been making homemade pizza for almost 50 years (yeah, I am old as dirt). I have tried other outdoor ovens, but nothing compared to the OONI Kara 2. My dough speciality is Neapolitan and this oven was made for it! Excellent results on the first use of the oven! I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you are interested in the outdoor pizza making experience, OONI is your next step!

We have enjoyed using this for pizza night, definitely makes a delicious pizza, I will say that it is a little bit hard to regulate the temperature and get it hot enough.

I wish my HOA would allow me to use this. It’s awesome but sadly I could not even get it out of the box. I love making pizzas and this thing was the top rated oven. It’s truly professional but it requires space outdoors to allow heat to leave the funnel. Sadly I need to get electric

We cheat and use premade dough (because life), toss on whatever toppings haven’t expired, and boom — pizza night that actually feels fun instead of “ugh, what’s for dinner again?” It’s become a full family event. Kids love watching it cook, I love not using the oven, and my husband thinks he’s some kind of pizza chef now. Win-win-win. If you’ve got a backyard and a family that eats, this thing is a no-brainer. You’ll never look at frozen pizza the same again.

Easy and typical pizza oven

Es un sueño tener este horno. Lo que siempre había querido ahora en mi terraza!! Es pequeñito, no ocupa mucho espacio y es una completa maravilla. Uso leña para hacerlo funcionar y las pizzas salen genial, con ese sabor característico.

Je suis très satisfait de ce four à pizza. Il n’est pas trop encombrant, donc facile à installer dehors sans prendre de place. J’ai aussi acheté le sac de protection, bien pratique pour le ranger et le protéger des intempéries, ça prolonge clairement sa durée de vie. Au niveau de l’utilisation, rien à dire : il chauffe vite et permet de cuire une pizza jusqu’à 33 cm. La cuisson est ultra-rapide, en quelques minutes on obtient une pâte bien croustillante et une garniture parfaitement cuite, comme au restaurant. Ce que j’apprécie aussi, c’est qu’il est sécuritaire : stable, bien conçu, avec des matériaux qui inspirent confiance. Même quand il est très chaud, on sent qu’il a été pensé pour limiter les risques, à condition bien sûr de rester prudent et de l’utiliser dans de bonnes conditions à l’extérieur. En résumé, c’est un four pratique, sûr et convivial, parfait pour des soirées pizzas réussies en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande sans hésiter !

L’articolo è arrivato in brevissimo tempo, il forno è uno dei migliori per me che lo uso sul balcone non avendo un giardino, raggiunge i 400 gradi in meno di 20 minuti dispone anche di un termometro laterale che ti aiuta a vedere l temperatura interna, può essere utilizzato con legna o carbonella forse l’unica pecca è la gestione della pizza che con l’apertura e chiusura dello sportello ogni 20 secondi per girare la pizza può far scendere la temperatura all’interno del forno e per fare una seconda pizza bisogna aspettare un po’. Per il resto sono soddisfatto dell’acquisto.
